These pups...

...are so lucky. They look like they're off to have lots of fun with their Daddy. Our guess is that they're either going camping or back to their ranch. We think camping sounds a lot more fun but we're sure working on a ranch can be fun too...especially if you're riding on an ATV.

Lake Tahoe Recap

Sierra isn't a big fan of the water. But she does love to lay on anything but the ground. She found a nice comfy chair.

There were a lot of paddle boarders on the Lake. This German Shepherd even got to ride around the lake on one.

There were tons of furry friends to play with.

I love getting my feet wet and chasing the water. I once swam in Lake Tahoe in the middle of January. By the time we walked back to our cabin I had icicles hanging down from my fur. That was way back when Mommy and Daddy didn't have a camera to capture such an epic moment.

What a beautiful day...

...at the lake. We had beautiful weather at Lake Tahoe day. We spent most of the day near the water with our cousins and met lots of furry friends. We can't wait to share more about today's adventure with you later next week.

Happy Tuesday everyone, it's Sierra. Did you know that I love to dig when we're at the beach? Mommy wonders what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for lost treasure. I'm looking for a cooler place to lay down. I'm looking for some fish bones. Digging is so much fun.

Hi everybody it's Sierra. Look what I found today on our walk. That's right, it's my favorite chew toy. I love to find free stuff that fits in my mouth so I can carry it home to play with later. Sticks can sometimes splinter so pine cones are a safer choice when you just want to make a mess. Let the fun begin!

After all the...

fun with family and friends and feasting on scrumptious goodies, it was very nice to nap today. You see, when we are away from home we do not nap. Mommy and Daddy have tried to figure out why...(we'll never tell them, of course). We don't want to miss out on any of the fun that's going on around us. So today, we took a much needed nap. How did you spend today?

Fun House Friday with Sierra

Christmas Village

Wouldn't it be fun to live in a land far, far away like this adorable village? There are homes, churches, a fire department, and even a grocery store. The only thing that's missing is the snow...and the pet store.

P.S. We want to live next to the grocery store.

Oopsie...I did it...

again. I found this great patch of dirt to roll in. Remember that stinky fertilizer that Daddy put around our citrus trees? Well, it was calling my name again. Here, Teddy Bear, come roll around in the dirt.

I thought it was pretty fun but guess who didn't? That's right, my Mommy.

Can you see all the tears on my face from being told that I was a bad boy?

Straight to the bath I went.

Daddy is looking into cement pavers to put around our lemon and lime trees. He is very hopeful that these rocks will keep me away for a while.

Fun on a Friday

Even though bath day was a few days ago, we'd thought it'd be fun to share with you what happens after my bath. We hope you enjoy.

Last night...

...Daddy went to The Great American Music Hall.

He went to see Fistful of Mercy. They are sort of a new band comprised of musicians that have been around for a long time. They thought it would be fun to make a record together.

Daddy's absolute favorite musician is Ben Harper.

One of Daddy's friends treated him to the concert. What a blessing, eh? Daddy had tons of fun with his friends even though he missed us. I guess he's allowed to go to concerts without us. It'd be fun to go to a concert one day. Have any of you been to a concert before?

Fun on a Friday

Mommy and I were in our garden today. She needed to pick some basil for dinner. All of a sudden, I heard the loud hum of Daddy's truck. Even though he was down the street, I know the sound of his 4x4 (way before Mommy can).

I had to get to the front door right away to greet Daddy. Mommy was close behind but I beat her. Sierra was already at the door.
I love hanging out with Mommy in our garden but there is nothing more fun than greeting Daddy at the door. I think he likes it too.

Fun on a Friday

I love playing with my new duck stuffie. It is so much fun. It makes the funniest sound...quack, quack. Mommy or Daddy usually have to make him quack for me but sometimes I can do it all on my own. Can you believe he's still in one piece? Mommy saw a tiny hole but fixed him right away.

P.S. Mommy and Daddy wanted to thank everyone for the happy anniversary wishes. They had a fun date night and brought home leftover Italian food for Sierra and me.

Today we...

...went to Uncle Bey Bey's house. We all had lots of fun running around, playing, and chasing each other.

Auntie Sheila looked confused when she couldn't find the end of my tail. No way, you're not going to bite an Eskie's tail that easy. My tail is curled for safety.
Daddy was practicing some worship songs while we waited for Mommy to get back with Grandma from shopping. As you can see, it doesn't take long for Sierra to get comfortable. She will always find a soft place to sit.
After a very yummy dinner, we all rested and napped before it was time to come home.

So far, it's been a pawesome barkday weekend.

I felt like...

...I was at Disneyland. We all went to the store tonight. While Mommy went inside to get some eggs, Sierra and I got the hang out in front of the store. Look at this fun ride that we saw. Daddy picked me up, thinking I could sit on it but it was way too slippery. Maybe one day we'll find a ride that is pup friendly.
