Happy 6th Birthday, Teddy Bear

Today is my 6th barkday. Where has the time gone?! Mommy made chicken for Sierra and me. Boy was it delicious! (Sierra hates sitting at the dining table so she ate her chicken sitting on the floor next to Daddy).

Look at this itty bitty cake.  Since Mommy has been so busy with her new job, Daddy thought it would be fun to buy my barkday cake this year.  Strawberry chiffon?  Why, yes!

Thanks for the new toys, Mommy, Daddy, and Sierra.  I can't wait to play tug of war with you all.

Happy Barkday...

to me!!! Can you believe I am already five years old? The day started off with a bit of barkday bacon for breakfast. Then we enjoyed some barkday pizza bones for lunch.

After dinner it was time for the real pawty. I'm still not sure about those candles in my yummy barkday donut cake.

After Daddy blew out the barkday candles it was safe for me to open my presents and get closer to the yummy dessert.

Today we...

...went to Uncle Bey Bey's house. We all had lots of fun running around, playing, and chasing each other.

Auntie Sheila looked confused when she couldn't find the end of my tail. No way, you're not going to bite an Eskie's tail that easy. My tail is curled for safety.
Daddy was practicing some worship songs while we waited for Mommy to get back with Grandma from shopping. As you can see, it doesn't take long for Sierra to get comfortable. She will always find a soft place to sit.
After a very yummy dinner, we all rested and napped before it was time to come home.

So far, it's been a pawesome barkday weekend.

Fun on a Friday

Today is my 4th barkday!!! Mommy made grass fed filet mignons for dinner (they also had Ruth's Chris au gratin potatoes and salad). Here I am patiently waiting for the pawparazzi to take a billion pictures.

Ok, that's enough. I'm going in for my filet mignon. It was delicious. Sierra thought so too.
Here's my barkday cake and presents. I'm smart enough to know that I need to stay away from those candles until someone blows them out for me.
I got to lick the frosting off my homemade Three Dog Bakery barkday cake. (Sierra tries to eat the candles so she has to wait for the cake).
Boy was she excited!!! Great job on my barkday cake, Mommy!!! It's delicious!
I decided to play with my new duck first. It makes the funnest noise.

Sierra's Scoop

First of all, I would like to thank every one for wishing me a Happy Barkday this past weekend. I am two years old now. Mommy baked me a cake and it was yummy. My favorite present was a peculiar pink flamingo. It has soft fur and long striped legs. Sometimes it squeaks and sometimes it squawks. So far Teddy Bear hasn't tried to steal it, maybe he's being extra nice since it is still my birthday week.

...Sierra!!! My little sister is two years old today. She was very excited to open her barkday presents. She got two Tuff balls, a squeaky flamingo, and bison jerky. I think Sierra was more excited about her cake. It was really really yummy. Grandma and Grandpa were sick last week so we weren't able to celebrate Mommy's birthday with them. We all went over for dinner tonight. Since Auntie Sheila has had all her shots we were finally able to meet her. We all had a lot of fun playing. Then it was time for dinner...an array of seafood and of course, Korean BBQ. Can you say yummmmmmm?
