Happy Sunday, everyone! Come take a look at our garden.
Our chive plant was transported with success!
We're growing our mint in a container this year. Martha Stewart suggested this as a good way to keep the mint from overtaking the entire garden.
Wanna know what goes great with mint? Lemon balm. This is a plant that Mommy and Daddy purchased today.
Hello there, strawberry plant, you're growing beautifully!
Look at the little green bulbs. We're thinking that this might be a pear tree. We can't wait to find out.

hey Teddy,
ReplyDeleteMy human said your garden is looking scrumptious already! She also thanks you for the great tip on growing mint in a pot. :->
So, are you keeping an eye out on all the bunnies that may get into your garden? Grow some carrots, that will bring them in!

Mint is very invasive in the garden, Teddy. Your dad is smart to put it in a pot! We love the smell of lemon balm.

Khontainered Mint is the way to go and grow -
ReplyDeleteThat's what Mom did when she had a house and grew mint - she was even able to put it out during some of the warmer Winter days -
Oh how she misses her various mints - her other Sibes would snag some when they ran by the planters!
