Sierra's Scoop

Teddy Bear is pretty amazing. He can eat all kinds of fruit without making a funny face. Apples, oranges, blueberries, bananas, even kiwi and pineapple. But not me. The only time I eat fruit is when I am really hungry. Today I was proud to try our own homegrown heirloom cantaloupe. The smell was wonderful and I could hardly wait.
But as you can see, one bite was enough. I think I'm gonna let my pawrents and Teddy enjoy the rest of this one. Yuck.

Look what else...

Mommy made with the lemony apples. An apple crisp! Daddy and Grandpa dug into it before Mommy could take a picture.
Mommy let me have just a little bit of it...mostly apples. Sierra isn't a fruit eater and spit hers out. I think she's crazy to not love fruit but that just means more for me!
I hope everyone had a great Monday!

What do you do...

when life gives you lemons, I mean apples? You make lemonade, I mean applesauce. Mommy was very disappointed about the organic fuji apples we received from our Azure order. We've never gotten bad apples before. The good news is that she received a full credit and she'll be able to salvage some of the apples to make applesauce. She says she's going to make it tomorrow. I can't wait. It was a beautiful, sunny day today. We did a lot of work in the garden and had a great walk. If it starts to get any warmer we'll have to go for night time walkies. How are you enjoying the weekend?

Azure Monday

Wow!!! Daddy brought home a ton of stuff from our Azure Standard order. Lots of sprouted pasta and sprouted tortillas. There are sprouted burger buns too. I can't wait to have burgers!!! There is a huge box of organic fuji apples. I love apples. Sierra is still not sure about them. Mommy was sad that the 25 lb. bag of flour she ordered did not come. Wait a minute, Mommy, do you have enough flour for our cookies???

Azure Monday

Daddy brought home our Azure Standard order tonight. There is a huge bag of organic brown rice, organic fuji apples, spices, soap, raw honey, raw cashews (my favorite), and more heirloom seeds for our garden. It was a beautiful, sunny day today. It's almost 70 degrees in our house. The seeds must be loving the warmer weather. Today was our first after work walk in daylight. Mommy and Daddy didn't even need to wear their beanies. Are any of you dealing with spring time allergies like we are?
