Sierra's Scoop

Hi there friends, it's Sierra and today we had to wait all day to go outside because we are having a heat wave. Temperatures are supposed to be over 100 degrees for almost a week straight. I hope everyone is staying cool. Teddy Bear and I are going to stay indoors and drink plenty of water. Hows the weather where you live?

Oh no!!!

Look at what we encountered on our walk last night? A huge branch fell off this tree that we walk by almost every day. It hasn't been too windy lately so we're all very curious as to what happened. Daddy thinks maybe the wood was dry. I wanted to jump over the fallen branch but Mommy said no way. I think I could have cleared it, easily.

Week twenty four in the garden

Oops, we let this zucchini get a little too big. It's amazing how much they can grow in just two days.
Green tomatoes...
...red tomatoes. They're everywhere right now.
We started the cucumbers a little late but we're hoping to see a lot of these before First Frost.

Sentimental Saturday

I was thinking about the day we brought my sister Sierra home. She is a great sister. I know she had a rough life before us but once she came home with us she was instantly part of the pack. She's a great protector and she can play a mean game of tug of war. Life wouldn't be the same without you, Little Sister. Thank you for finding us.

Too Fast Friday

Sometimes, Daddy thinks he's faster than me. What do you think?

There were so many furry friends...

...in Yosemite. Here I am trying to figure out how to meet Mr. Squirrel.
There were squirrels everywhere. We've heard that they walk right up to people and trying to get food.
This fawn was having a little snack. We all admired her beauty and wished we could play with her.
We saw this bluejay on our way out of the park. He sure was pretty.
On our way out, we saw a line of cars that were stopped because of bear sighting. Mommy was hoping to see a bear on this trip. We weren't able to stop because we were rushing home for dinner. We hope to see Mr. Bear the next time we visit.
