Today I am thankful for our harvest. Do you see that big smile on my face? Can you guess why I'm smiling? Look at all that bounty next to me...especially that watermelon!!! I can't wait to eat some tomorrow!
Mommy says the cucumbers will be made into cool cucumber salads. The beets will be roasted for salads. The zucchinis will be grilled and also go into zucchini bread. The watermelon...well it's just about the most pawfect snack on a hot summer day.
