One of our...

...potato plants took a tumble so Daddy decided to pull the plant. That meant harvesting the potatoes that were attached to the plant. Look at these beauties. I can hardly wait to see what Mommy will make with them.

I'm very happy to report that the weather man was right. We did have cooler temperatures today. I wonder how I can get the cooler weather to stick around?

    Beg her to make potato pancakes with apple sauce! Yum! That is the WDA potato favorite (other than baked potato insides with sour cream, butter, and bacon bits which we hardly EVER get)!
