We went for a fun car ride today. Sierra and I kept wondering where we were going. When we finally got there, we parked, and then saw....A rooster! He was staring at me and I was staring back. Then I saw even more chickens. They were everywhere! They are so lucky they can fly and walk up and down the street without a care in the world. All the cars even slowed down and stopped for them. Do chickens run this town? I love chickens! Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to Mission San Juan Bautista. Come on, friends, it's this way. Stay tuned for more of our mission pawsible.

What a chicken-loving town! I like my chicken roasted (or better yet, fried) with crispy skin and lots of juices! Can't wait to learning more of your road trip!
