Week twenty two in the garden

It looks like we have another funny shaped zucchini coming in. The green beans are still going crazy. We thought the green beans weren't going to produce a big harvest but boy were we wrong. They are just late bloomers. Our parsley is doing great. Look at how big the leaves are! The sweet potatoes smelled so good that I decided to get into the raise bed to get a better sniff. I can't wait until we harvest them. And that is this strange thing? Daddy says it's a rake and we will be using it soon to plow the ground in preparation for our fall/winter garden.

  3. You and your dad have had a bountiful growing season--we hope you enjoy the reults well into the winter! We made zucchini pancakes with salsa on top for Gregg's birthday dinner. The zucchini was from his garden!
