Today I am thankful for nap time with Daddy. Daddy was exhausted from working in the heat all day. He deserved a nap when he got home. Even though I was hot myself, I wanted to sit next to Daddy and get in a quick nap before our walk tonight. I had to guard the tennis ball so Sierra wouldn't play with it while we were napping. Then I decided that I wanted to play with my squeaky toy from Charlie. Sierra was getting awfully close to me so I had to tell her, "Don't even think about it!" I love my new toy and I love napping with Daddy.
I'm sure your daddy napped soooo much better too!

I love napping with and watching over dad, too! Sometimes while he snoozes, I patiently chew and wait for him to wake up and play.
