My Great Grandma

is teaching my Mommy how to knit. Mommy has been wanting to learn how to knit for a long time. She asked my Grandma to teach her but she said that my Great Grandma was better. Mommy hopes she can remember everything she learns from Great Grandma. Mommy was showing me what she learned today. I thought the sticks and the soft ball-like stuffie were new toys. Let me see. I'm going to bite the stick just once. Mommy said they aren't toys. I hope she doesn't try to knit me a scarf or anything else for me to wear. I'm already warm enough!

  1. That looks like a great ball to run around with. Oh - oops - sorry - guess not.

  2. I think The Herd might have pawed a grrrreat suggestion fur woo!

  3. You sure don't need any clothes with all that floof!
Now, for me, that yarn looks like a toy!

  4. It is a good thing that your momma is doing all she can to remember and to learn from her grandma cuz that is how the 'beans carry on memories and traditions which are furry important to them as times goes by.

  5. Uh oh...Watch out, those wooden sticks are addicting...My Mommy crochets and I LOVE to find her wood stick and chew them up!

  6. Wow! Learning to knit is not easy, I am envious of your mom...and the fact that great grandma is still alive to teach her! I bet your mom will get mad if you chew her knitting needles so maybe you should find a nice pinecone instead.

  7. Uh oh...do I sniff a Teddy Sweater?! Run, Teddy, RUN!!!!

  8. Hi, Teddy!
I know those things look like nice toys! My mom uses them and she does not let me play with the nice and fluffy balls!
Tell your mom to show us what she knits ok?
    Kisses and hugs

  9. Our mom LOVES to knit! Tell your mom to practice lots and she'll be great at it in no time at all!

    Love ya lots,
    Maggie and Mitch
