It's getting...

...hot again. It was in the mid 90's today. Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the mid 100's. Wow, that's hot! Before Mommy turned on the AC I got on the couch and put myself in front of the fan. Mommy finally turned on the AC when it was 87 degrees in our house. To make up for it she made Sierra and I our own little burgers. Sierra is such a savage. She ate hers in one bite. Not me though, I ate mine slowly and enjoyed every bite.

Week sixteen in the garden

Can you believe it's been four months since we started our garden? It's exciting to see so many tomatoes. Daddy picked five strawberries tonight but Mommy had finished taking photos so they won't be in today's blog. One yellow squash is almost fully grown. I wonder what Mommy will make with it? There are two new bell peppers growing. I hope they get nice and big. Mommy likes to make fajitas with the bell peppers or put them on pizza.

Guess what was in that big box? New bedroom furniture for my Mommy and Daddy. That is why we went to Los Angeles.

Today we took a road trip...

...to Hollywood. We didn't do any sightseeing (aside from all that we saw from driving up and down Hollywood Blvd.) but we still had fun! We picked up this weird box called Uhaul when we arrived in Hollywood. I wonder what will go inside of it? We saw lots of red stars on the sidewalks and drove passed the Kodak Theatre. We had lunch at a dog friendly restaurant called Zeke's but Mommy forgot to take pictures of us pups because she was a little distraught after her camera fell from the table. Not to worry friends, the camera is ok. We had to drive a little slower on the way home since we had that box attached to our truck. We had dinner on the road...in our truck. It was a fun day but I am so glad to be home. It's time to go night night on my tile. See you all tomorrow!

Fun on a Friday

Mommy and Daddy gave Sierra and I new toys today. They are so much fun! Sierra got a squeaky stuffed stick. You know how my sister loves sticks! I got a huge rope! It's the biggest rope I've ever seen. Since I go through toys rather quickly, Mommy and Daddy thought they'd get me the biggest rope in hopes that it will take me a long time to get through it! We'll see how long it takes me to get through my new toy!

Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for homemade organic whole wheat naan. Naan is a delicious flatbread. I love all kinds of bread but naan is my favorite. I am so thankful that Mommy and Daddy love it too. Why? Because that means that Mommy doesn't mind making them often. There are many ways to eat naan. You can eat it plain. You can eat it with hummus. You can eat it with powdered sugar. You can eat it any way you like, just make sure you try some naan soon!

my Daddy found tonight? Two strawberries! Mommy and Daddy shared one. Sierra and I shared the second one. I loved it! I can't wait till we get more strawberries. We went for a different walk tonight. Mommy and Daddy wanted to look at some houses. I'm not sure why. The weather has been cooler so there hasn't been a need for the AC. I hope that it stays this way all summer.
