Week twenty five in the garden

Today we supervised as Daddy washed Mommy's truck. It wasn't too hot today and tonight it was nice and cool. Summer is almost over and our garden is still thriving. We have lots of tomatoes growing. We hope they start turning red soon. Mommy used most of the harvested tomatoes tonight for salsa. Strawberries are starting to grow again. We are excited that there are still cucumbers growing.

P.S. The rain has started. Why is it that when you wash your truck it always rains?

  1. We're not sure about when you wash your truck it rains cuz we have a car but we do know that when momma washes the kitchen floor it rains - for days! Then when it is all dirty again the sun comes out! Momma is now afraid to was the kitchen floor!

  3. Your garden just doesn't quit! It so cool that it is still producing...and that you will get more strawberries. I love supervising car washing, too, but it usually doesn't rain here afterward. You and Sierra are doing a fine job as the "bosses."

  9. If I lived at your house, there wouldn't be any strawberries or tomatoes left in your garden.
