...harvested our cantaloupe. Mommy didn't want to cut it yet. She said we'll have it for dessert tomorrow night. Daddy let me smell it and it smells super sweet! The weather was beautiful today, mid 70's and tonight we didn't have to wait for it to cool down before our walk. There was a nice cool breeze. I can't help but want to be outside all night long.

ReplyDeleteThe weather at night here has been wonderful, too, and I have been waking up in the middle of the night just to go outside on the deck for a while to enjoy it and to stargaze! Melon and ice cream is one of my favorite summer treats (but is good year round, I bet!)Enjoy the fruits of your garden.
