Off leash at the park

There is something special about being off leash at the park.  I like to go explore and leave lots of peemail while Sierra just races around wearing herself out.  Today we were the only ones in the park so we had the whole place to ourselves.  If we'd only had a ball to play with....

Sierra Update

Hi everyone! I don't who's been calling me a sickie, but I was just at the vet and Dr. Johnson said I don't need to go back anytime soon. And besides, I am feeling a lot better today. I've got my appetite back and my tummy feels better. So now it's time to play ball.

Sierra's Scoop

Hi everyone it's Sierra. Look what I found hiding in the closet today. There was a brand new ball stuffed into our toy basket. I'm usually not allowed to pull out new toys on my own but thank goodness the closet door was cracked open just a bit. That made it easier for me to open it and grab our new toy. Can you tell that I love it?

There's a giant, orange ball...

...in the sky. This is what Daddy heard when Mommy called tonight. She was frantic because she had no idea what it was. Was a huge lit up hot air balloon that was floating through our city? Daddy told Mommy it was the Moon. We were really close to it tonight so no need to worry, Mommy.

Sierra's Scoop

Happy Tuesday everyone, it's Sierra! When I was a puppy I once played with a lemon. I found it laying on some grass and thought what a great smelling ball. Then all of a sudden when I tried to bite down on it, I got squirted with a super sour citrus that burned my tongue for hours. So when I heard that Mommy and Daddy were planting both a lime and a lemon tree, I thought double trouble.

I tried to warn Teddy Bear to be extra careful around those trees but him being the alpha male that he is, I don't think he will ever take advice from his little sister. So far so good, I don't see any fruit yet so I might have time to convince Teddy about the dangers of citrus. He might might not be so leary of citrus since he loves tangerines. How do you feel about lemons or limes or tangerines or oranges?

Remember that green ball...

...Daddy found last weekend? I was minding my own business and having a ball with our new green ball when all of a sudden, Sierra took notice of what I was doing.

Then she started getting closer and closer.

No, Sierra, you can have your turn later. I was playing with the ball first.

You want a face off, huh?

Now the ball is back, safe and sound with me.

Sierra's Scoop

Happy Tuesday, everyone! I hope you're all having a wonderful week. Look what Daddy found while he was gardening on Sunday. A new ball! He washed it for me so it was nice and clean and ready for me to play fetch.:) I just love new toys. Don't you?

Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for all the new friends I met at Stinson Beach on Sat. I really loved this Pug. I played with him most of the day.
I think she was telling me to stay away from her ball.
This is what happened when Zoe arrived. Milo, Sierra, and I were very excited to see her.
I wanted to meet these guys but they were very involved in their soccer game. I didn't want to interrupt them.
New friends are so much fun!

Fun on a Friday

Well, it was fun while it lasted. The chuck it ball was a good toy and it served its purpose. I didn't destroy it all at once because I wanted it to last a while so Sierra and I could thoroughly enjoy it. The Chuck It ball is like the forbidden fruit because for the longest time Daddy wouldn't let me play with it. He said it was only for playing fetch.
As you can see I eventually got my paws on it and before Daddy could stop me I ripped it apart. I don't know what was more fun...terrorizing a chuck it ball or waiting for Daddy to catch me in the act. He said the look on my face was priceless.
*Not to worry friends, no parts of the Chuck It ball were consumed during its deconstruction.

Fun on a Friday

Daddy thought it would be fun to hide my Chuck It ball in his guitar case. Come on, Daddy, do you really think I can't see that little bit of orange sticking out?
Of course I had no problem finding it or going after it.
Mission accomplished!
