Week twenty two in the garden

Our zucchini plant is doing great this year. We're thrilled since we didn't have success with them last year.
Does anyone know what this flower is called? Our friend gave us bunches of them to plant. They sure are pretty.
Boy do oranges grow fast!
Flowers on potato plants indicate healthy growth underground. We are thinking that there may be a few potatoes that are ready for harvest.

  1. Our Uncle Bill keeps giving us zucchini from his garden. He uses his like you would a cucumber - raw in his salad and mom tried it for us and it was delicious!
Mom says that flower looks like a blanket flower to her, Teddy.

    Love ya lots,

  2. Oh LOL. I didn't know oranges used to be green. I mean I know most citrus fruits are... but an orange is supposed to be orange, right? LOL.

By the way, I just dropped by to tell you that we gave you an award in our bloggy http://www.mydogslove.me/2012/07/mischief-monday-procrastinating-with.html

Hope you could drop by and accommodate it.
