Our first harvest
Look at all this kale that we harvested yesterday. Mommy loves to use it in soups, in salads, as a side dish, and in green smoothies. We love green smoothies too.
While Mommy was busy harvesting, I (Teddy Bear) was busy crossing through the garlic bed to get to the fence. Oopsie. How was I to know that raised beds are off limits?

A kale is SO good for you! Hope the sprouts are ok; just remember from now on to take the long way around the beds.
