I can't wait for tomorrow. These giant little fruits are almost ready so I hope to eat one of the big ones very soon. I am treated to tiny ones all the time from our ever bearing Alpine Strawberry plants, but these babies are from one of the twenty five we just planted this year. This is actually the first big succulent berry to ripen. I think I will sleep in the garden till harvest time just to watch over my beautiful bounty. I certainly don't want to see any little birdy bite marks anywhere...only Eskie bites please.
hey Teddy,
ReplyDeleteYour strawberries are looking super delicious and juicy! I agree you should sleep in your garden. I think your Eskie-ness is what is helping your garden grow so wonderfully!
Enjoy!
Suka
