...are not my friend. See those birds hanging out above our veggie garden? They are BAD! When we got home from our walk, I checked on our veggie garden. Guess what? Someone had gotten into our strawberries. I immediately began my investigation. After much snooping around, I came to the conclusion that it was these three birds. They are BAD! I told my Daddy and he told me that he had already ordered a bird net. Since it is coming from Virginia it is going to take a few days. I hope it gets here soon. I don't like the birds getting into our strawberries. They are for us to eat.:)
Do you think maybe if you tie a ribbon on a long stick, near the strawberries, the birds will be scared away when the ribbons blow in the wind?

I thought maybe you ate that strawberry! My mommy gave me one yesterday but I spit it out. They aren't very tasty.

Birds are very sneaky...and wasteful! They only take little pecks out of the fruit and leave the rest. Last year they ruined bunches of peaches from our little mini tree.
