So when this weekend brought the first frost of the year we quickly threw up the plastic on our new home made green house. We are hoping to grow lettuce, romaine, spinach, cabbage, radish, and bok choy into the new year.
I had to take a peak this morning to make sure things were ok in there.
It was so sunny and warm inside when it was sunny and cold outside. That's what I call mission accomplished.
YUM! I'm excited to clip some kale as we FINALLY had a frost last night. I hear it's better after the first frost.
