A shady nap

Hi there everyone. As you can tell Sierra and I found some nice and shady places to nap this afternoon. It was pretty hot so we just wanted to sleep all day. Every time I got up to walk around, my paw pads would get all sweaty and I wasn't even panting yet. I guess I should get used to it since summer is almost here.

    We're already experiencing the heated summer. It's so hot and most of the dogs have to stay out of the house because it's like an oven in here.

    Cute photo! Your deck looks very nice and cozy! Sorry it was so hot. We had heat last week (90s) but this week it is in the low 70s, so I like it much better! Stay cool and relax!
