Even though we didn't have any Korean food, we still wanted to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Since Mommy is part Korean, we like to celebrate all the traditional Korean holidays. This year is the year of the Dragon. (Mommy is a Dragon). We made a yummy Apple Sharlotka to celebrate. We hope this year brings happiness and peace and most of all love to everyone.

Gong Xi Fa Cai! This should be an especially wonderful year for your mommy...and your entire family! We opted for black bean noodles to celebrate longevity (and octapus steaks...yum) but we REALLY wanted bibimbap.
