went for a hike around Lake Chabot with my BFF, Milo and his pawrents. Here we all are, leading the way.
Of course our pawrents had to stop and read all the interesting facts about the Lake even though we've been here a hundred times before.Mommy is pretty good about knowing when I need water. But sometimes she would get lost in conversation with Milo's Mommy so I would stop, lick my chops and let her know that I was a thirsty Bear!
Look at this HUGE Eucalyptus tree we saw today. Mommy said we almost look like ants next to it.
We hiked over six miles today. This is how Sierra looked at the end. The look on her face says it all. She is ready to go home!
And then, just as we were leaving the Lake, a squirrel ran out in front of us and went behind this bridge. Why, oh why, do they have to be so fast?!
We were gone longer than we expected so that meant dinner on the road. Sierra and I didn't mind one bit! Grilled chicken breast and artisan french bread? We'll take it!
We love any long walk like that.
