It's like Christmas...
...in February!!! That's what Mommy said anyway. We were beyond excited to see an envelope from our favorite seed bank. Flowers, veggies, and fruits, oh my. We are very anxious to get our veggie garden started. Lets put our green paws to work and get to work, Mommy and Daddy!

Saturday slumber
Mommy loves that we pups always find the perfect place to lay. On the mat in front of the patio door is a great place to sleep. From here I can listen to what is going on in the house and enjoy the cool breezy weather outside at the same time. Sierra had a similar idea but she likes it inside better.

Somebody is sick
Oh no! Now Daddy is not feeling well. It was only a month ago when Mommy was sick. So tonight Mommy prescribed some home made elder berry and homeopathic medicine. Hope you get well soon Daddy.

What a wonderful holiday
Sierra and I hope everyone had a great day on this fine holiday to honor the past Presidents of our great nation. Today our pawrents had to work, but Daddy got off a half hour early so we had enough time to walk before dinner. Without Mommy, we have to do the tandem thing. I don't mind it much but that's because I'm stronger than Sierra so I do all the tugging and she does all the following.

Burgers on the Barbie
Today, this lucky dog had a grass fed beef burger with cheese on top. It was so delicious I thought I was dreaming. When Sierra and I first smelled them grilling we never thought they would taste as good as they smelled. Oh how we were so wrong.

Off leash at the park
There is something special about being off leash at the park. I like to go explore and leave lots of peemail while Sierra just races around wearing herself out. Today we were the only ones in the park so we had the whole place to ourselves. If we'd only had a ball to play with....

Today's harvest
Look at what we harvested today. A good amount of kale along with some radishes. Mommy said she'll use the radishes for her daily lunch salads. The kale will go into the pawrents morning green smoothies. We're not big fans of the green stuff but it sure smells healthy. We feel healthy just being next this super food.

Soapy Sudsy Sunday
Our worst fear came true today in the form of a bath. Sierra was first but she has it way easier than I do with her thin fur coat that washes out much faster and then dries after only a few minutes of blow drying. If only I could be so lucky. I was not twice as dirty but I sure had twice the bath. It took twice as long to blow dry and brush out all my hair. Whew. I need a nap.

A day at work...
Never seemed as wonderful as today. That's because it was supposed to be our bath day but Daddy and Mommy both had to go to work. Bad thing is these towels and shampoo were still waiting for us when we got home so I guess we will be having a soapy Sunday this weekend.

Sierra's Scoop
Happy Tuesday everyone, it's Sierra! Sometimes I like to jump inside of baskets. I love the laundry basket the most because of all the towels that cushion the bottom. I hadn't jumped into our toy basket so I thought I'd give it a try. It's nice and cozy but not as cushiony as the laundry basket. Do you like jumping into baskets?

Did someone say...
...cake? One of Mommy's coworker friends brought her a yummy treat today. We could smell the goodness right through the bag. Nothing Bundt Cakes? What a fun name! Inside the goodie bag were two mini bundt cakes, lemon and red velvet. We all thought the lemon one tasted the best. The red velvet was yummy but a little sweet for our taste. I guess there are some benefits to Mommy being a working woman.

Super Bowl Sunday
Congratulations, Ravens!!! What an exciting game! Daddy was rooting for our home team, the 49ers. Mommy predicted that the Ravens would win as soon as she heard that Michael Oher was a Raven. We loved the Clydesdale commercial the most. What were some of your favorite Super Bowl moments?

Who else watched TV today?
Daddy said I was sitting to close to the tv but I wanted to get a good look at all of the Champions at the Eukanuba Championship. This best of his breed Malamute Ricky looked just like my BFF Milo. Congratulation Ricky on your win, you deserved it.
