To stay in shape...


...I like to go for long walks every day. Afterwards, I like to lift weights with my Daddy. He uses a barbell with two 25 pound weights. That weighs a lot more than me! I get really sweaty and have to drink lots of water during my work out. The treadmill is ok for a work out but the moving belt scares me a little. My work out makes me very tired so I like to turn in early to get ready for the next day.

  3. I help my dad work out too, Teddy! Walkies are the best but then he also lifts weights and rows on the rowing machine...I supervise.
